As I sit here in my stand I recognize the favor of Gods hand I thank you Lord & declare my heart For saving me and allowing a fresh start You are my Father I am your son Not my will but Yours be done I have surrendered all to you my God And many who have known me find this odd But who I have come to be Is I pray why you created me You have blessed in spite of my mistakes Yes surrendering is really all it takes I thank for my family and your grace May we at all times know your love no matter what we face My sons Dean & Roger My daughters Dawn, Diane and Denise May they always be filled with Your peace My grandchildren Haley, Logan, Hunter and Hannah Please Lord let them always have deep inside a shout of Hosanna I am blessed by my friends that are far and wide From them please your grace never hide The spiritual sons daughters you have so willingly place in my quiver Let them rise up strong and Your land deliver Yes of my blessings I could go on Or even bring my petitions before Your throne For the greatest blessing I do now thank you For without her and You I could not fulfill Your will to do Yes for Susan I stand amazed and blessed far beyond What You have given in her is only made pale by Your Son So as I sit here in this stand Yes Lord I recognize Your providing hand It is You Father that I give thanks for it all Yes it was truly from You I receive this Call
