As I stumbled into the truck stop this morning, I got hit with that old song and the smell of coffee. How familiar is this life? I grew up out here on the road. Greatful Father, Im so thankful for my adventurous life! As the responsibilities of my life get heavier, I am grateful for all the adventure. Living in Alaska working for an Air Service, Before I was even 18. Partying across the country. Gassing strawberries at the truckstop in California, so they wouldnt grow whiskers before you got to the Bronx New York. Cherry Street truckstop wild nights! Getting stuck in Winnemucca. waiting on lettuce in Yuma. Picking up cucumbers and other things and Nogales, AZ. Wild nights spent across the border in Laredo and Reynosa Mexico. Driving for outlaws because I wasnt yet 21 and wanted to go by myself. Line dancing at the Jubitz In Portland Oregon. Blizzards in Wyoming. Chasing Dr Dolittle, ( David Rogers) around the country. The Big Dig in Boston Chelsea Market, Chowder houses in Maine. Traveled every state in America and 4 Providences in Canada. God Thank you for my life.
