As I was reading my personal training book especially in my women fitness specialist book. I would have to say this women have a lot going on in their life with building a family, career, maintaining social obligations, and body image. But one thing never neglect or ignore fitness and wellness. Without proper fitness womens health problems such as obesity, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, depression, and etc which can cause a greater risk for those illness. Dont let these advertisement make you feel bad saying that being skinny is fit which not. Being healthy is being fit. Be that example for your family, friends, and especially your children for your fitness and health. Fitness is a form preventive medicine. A great doctor normally will put exercise for a patient in their health record. Everything is a balance with fitness proper resistance training, cardio, and stretching that can help you in the long run with your overall health.
