As I was riding my bike to the gym. I passed by my neighborhood Ralph when I seen security out front. It was a brother walking towatds a white guy, throwing controled moves. As I wad passing by the brother was saying Im a Wing chun guy, JKD, way of intercepting fist. He was connecting the strikes an had control of the power. The white guy said, hey im trying to walk away as you can see. as he kept backing away. A young cop brother was face to face with the brother and krpt on flexing, Is it worth it? Another way oldet brother shouted, hit him and youll go to jail. As I got close enough, I called out to the brother and said, hey, as a fellow practicioner, you should know better then to engage it like this. He calmed down a bit but was still persistant. I had to get going, gotta put in that training time. Turned out it was because the Whiteguy called the brother a Nigger! As a Martial artist, yes I got the Power of the Fist, but it is to be used wisely, just because I can, doesnt mean I have to abuse the Power. I think the brother was in his own way, trying to educate the ignorant whiteguy who clearly ran his mouth to the wrong guy and was getting called on his shit talking. But seriously worth going to jail over an ignorant guy calling you a Nigger. He is a real older brother so i undetstand how the word can carry weight. But as Jim Kelly RIP would say, I wouldnt waste my time with it.-ETD;)
