As I was sitting in the truck feeling a bit of frustration of who to ask to go help my son and RJ.....with their kill....I started to ask the Lord to take away my frustration and then a name pops in my mind, my husband comes back in the truck I told him lets go see this person and ask him if he would go up river...right away he says Yes....Thank you Lord, now I pray for divine protection for the guys who will be travelling up river to go help my son and RJ bring the moose down.....calling from Cornys satellite phone, I said geez those guys dont listen, I had told him dont go up Petawanga especially when you have no safety or life jackets...but grateful they came up with a plan and things are working out for their good..so tomorrow I am thinking of leaving early so I can cook a good meal at Split Rapids and wait for them as they will be working hard to haul all that meat....21 points I think he said for the Bull....sounds huge to me...seen one before one time in Miminiska and that was hard work to haul out from the bush where he fell...lots of excitement for moose hunters here in the Rez...Bruce was on the phone trying to get an update on the ones in Bushtown....Wow...I said to myself I prayed for double blessings and I say Thank you Lord for always hearing our prayers...Psalm 91 for the hunters and guys going up...my thoughts at the moment....
