As I was standing in line at Wawa this morning I couldnt help but notice the way the two men in front of me treated the cashier. They did not respond to his greeting, they threw their money on the counter, and walked away without a word. They treated this young man (who was doing his job with enthusiasm and a smile) as if he was beneath them. The thing that amazed me the most about this situation was that both of these men appeared to be salesmen from the car dealership across the street. They both were wearing a polo shirt with the name of the dealership on it. If you are in sales you never know where or when your next sale is going to happen. You need to have your A game anytime you interact with someone. My guess is that these two are not very successful at their job.
