As Im sitting here drinking my Shakeology®, Im laughing at myself for a few reasons. 1) Because it took me so long to give it a shot (nearly three years after using Beachbody workouts to get into great shape). 2) Because I used to think it was just an overpriced protein powder. 3) Because I was paying at least triple to purchase just a fraction of the ingredients that I now get every day in my breakfast. Shake. My. Head. I know some of you feel the above about Shakeology and I TOTALLY GET IT because I was there myself.
