As #Jantastic enters its final month, members from Team Corbyparkrun have been putting the miles in and ticking off those long distance runs. Yesterday saw at least 2 members complete the Silvestone Half Marathon and with half marathons at Reading and Bristol others may have tested themselves over 13.1 miles and if you did then tell us how you got on? Two thirds through now and we still have 9 team members currently on 100%– very well done to each and every one of you… 7 ladies and 2 gents, so we know where the power of the team is!!! Been lots of chat on Team Talk this week – “luminous shoes”, “references to wine”, “a sprint finish” “Batman & Robin” and “well earned Chinese meal”. Also, tales of woe as one team member forgot to log their runs… So PLEASE remember to log last week’s runs before 8.00am tomorrow and also make your March commitments to take you through to the end.
