As Pastor of Ministries Outreach, I wanted to take a minute to let all of Walker County know that thus far, since Ministries Outreach started giving away fresh vegetables about 2 months ago, this ministry has successfully helped WELL OVER 200 families. You read that right . . . 2 0 0 families!!! GLORY TO GOD!!! The Ministries Outreach staff really enjoys the opportunity to bless the many people that come to us for help, and I would really like to stress a point that the NON PERISHABLE part of the Food Pantry has been exausted. I am asking ALL of you that read this post, and with thousands of people on this page, hundreds of people are BOUND to see this, PLEASE consider bringing either as many non perishable food items as you can (will give you a list if you like); or PLEASE send in a love offering to help this ministry get the main life line of the Food Pantry back up to where it can continue to help the many Walker County families that come EACH day to us.
