As TIME - We are still desperate for dacks! Every pair of underwear donated to TIME this month will help give a girl an extra day in school, an extra day at work, and an extra day investing in her future. In partnership with the local Brisbane chapter of the charity Days For Girls, TIME hopes to collect 1 thousand pairs of new womens underwear by Friday, which will be incorporated into sanitary health packs distributed throughout the world. The packs that TIME volunteers assembled last month have already been taken to the Solomon Islands where they have begun to give days back to girls. Thank you to the wonderful people who have already started collections or purchased underwear to donate to TIMEs Desperate for Dacks Underwear Drive this month! For those who believe in this cause, you can begin your own collection from friends and family and drop it off this week at 4 locations: 1) UQMS Office, Health Science Building, Herston Campua Monday - Friday 1pm 2) Level 5 Breakout Room, PBL building, St Lucia Campus Monday - Friday 1pm 3) Level 3 Common Room, Building 12, Ipswich Campus Monday - Friday 1pm 4) Main Foyer, TRI Building, Princess Alexandra Hospital 10-10.30pm Tuesday and Friday or Thursday 5pm-8pm (during the TIME Seminar).
