As a Christian I am not perfect yet you expect me to be. I fight the same things that you do, have the same struggles that you do and yes at times I fail and fall just like you do. Sometimes miserably. When you fall I hope that I have compassion and sympathy for you. But because I am a Christian (just a person who recognizes their need for forgiveness and a Savior) you feel it necessary to judge me, point out my failures, and say I thought you were a Christian. As a believer I am not perfect - just forgiven. I am thankful that I have a Savior who loves me and forgives me regardless of what I do and how miserably I fail. I pray that someday you come to know the Christ that you see in me and I desperately pray that the Christ you see is one of forgiveness, compassion, love, and high standards - the true risen Savior.
