As a Christian , to see and hear all the things going around in this world today .. It can become very discouraging .. To see and hear how things that used to be called sin are now celebrated is very frustrating .. I sometimes want to just scream to people but then I know all I can do and thats everything is pray .. I know I have sinned and Fallen short of Gods glory more times than I count. Im not proud of it at all. But Im truly not trying to wake up everyday and willfully sin or live in sin and say God is love and He will forgive me again and again and again so that I can live in my own pleasure. There is pleasure in sin ... For a season , then it ends ...Hebrews 11:25 ...says so ... But seasons come and go.. Sin will take you farther than you want to go and make you stay longer than you want to stay ... I truly want nothing to do with sin .. The short lived pleasure of sin is nothing compared to the long term consequences that sin can cause .. Im thankful when all is said and done though that I wont answer for you and you wont answer for me in the end .. Almighty God hears , sees, and knows all about each and everyone of us . I would Love to be able to save the lost but I cant. But I pray I can somehow point whoever needs to be saved to the ONE who can .. JESUS Christ is the way the truth and life .. In a world that is fast changing and sin abounds , there is still a remedy and His name is JESUS ! Im thankful in the midst of all the chaos of the world I can find peace ! And again , its because of Almighty God! Hes my joy and my peace .. Hes my refuge ! Hes my provider and protector ! Hes my counselor ! Hes my bread when Im Hungry and my water when Im thirsty! Hes my shelter from the storm and my comforter when Im weary ! Hes my EVERYTHING !!! And Hes coming again ! Get ready , be ready , and stay ready !!
