As a Citizen & Patriot of my Motherland Tanzania, I give due respect to the opinions of all Tanzanians on the current Constitution review. Much as convictions and beliefs of President JK (2govts) and Judge Warioba (3govts) are divergent, I will support the popular decision thru the coming National referendum. However, for now, my stand is for 3 Governments because of the following: 1. The life-span and relevance of the two-tier Govts has reached its end. 2. Complaints/grievances on Union issues have not been solved for mutual benefit. 3. A 3tier govt is the ultimate solution given the 2 reasons above. And to me this an evolution of the reality... Kama Mtanzania na Mzalendo, ninaheshimu mtazamo/mawazo ya Watanzania wote. Licha ya kwamba mawazo ya Rais JK (Serikali 2) na Jaji Warioba (Serikali 3) yametofautiana, binafsi nitaunga mkono hoja/msimamo wa wengi kupitia kura za maoni za kitaifa. Hata hivyo kwa sasa bado ninaunga mkono muundo wa Serikali 3 kwasababu zifuatazo: 1. Mfumo wa Serikali 2 unaonekana kufikia kikomo na kutokuwa na umuhimu tena baada ya miaka 50 ya uhai wake. 2. Kero za Muungano zimeshindwa kupata suluhisho/muafaka kwa manufaa ya wote. 3. Muundo wa Serikali 3 ndio jawabu pekee kwasababu nilizotoa hapo juu. Na kwangu mimi hatua hii ni muendelezo wa hali halisi...#Shy-Rose Bhanji .
