As a Pastor, I have preached 4 funerals since the week of Thanksgiving. It obviously caused my mind to think of our precious mother, who Jesus gave the ultimate healing to three years ago this Christmas season. Unfortunately, for the first time in my life, I will not being going to my Parents home for Christmas. Someone tagged me on this song, and I wanted to pass it on to you...it will certainly be a different kind of Christmas this year, in more ways than one. I miss our Mother so much, but I am thankful we know the true meaning of Christmas and that gives us hope of a glad reunion day. Extra prayers for my siblings and Father, who is my spiritual rock, during this time of year when precious memories become powerfully vivid and our hearts overwhelmed with mixed feelings of celebration and emptiness!
