As a PiYo instructor the kick through is one of my favorite moves to work the lower body, core, shoulders, hips, and balance. Take 5 minutes and try this out! Start out on all fours. 1⃣Rotate you hips from side to side making sure your ankles stay crossed. 2⃣Start to bring up one arm and face your hand and torso facing forward, alternating arms as your hips move. 3⃣Slowly kick through your bottom leg, foot flexed towards the back of the room with hand and torso facing forward. 4⃣For a more advanced level kick your bottom leg through,flex your foot and bring your leg towards the front of the room with hand and torso facing forward. Repeat the 4 exercises 8x each side, alternating sides double tap if you love a quick workout tag a friend who needs this!
