As a Team Leader, I shoulder the responsibility for the honor and integrity of my team and what we stand for. Sometimes, when you give someone an opportunity and they blow it, demonstrating they clearly do NOT have the core values and ethics the team is about, you must remove that cancer to keep the team honorable and on track. I was forced to remove Azad, who goes by Oz Medic from our team 2 years ago immediately upon completion of our filming when our team all refused to work with him any further. I have taken a world of grief by his small group of online supporters for holding a straight line and calling out Oz for his shameful and dishonorable behavior. Now, it doesnt surprise me to receive messages on this, because those of us who actually worked with him could see it coming. As his behavior catches up to him and his criminal record becomes more widely known, people can clearly see why we disassociated ourselves with him long ago. Heres to those who keep their noses clean and live respectable and genuine lives! Onward and upward!
