As a Thanksgiving comes to a close and we go into the season of celebrating the birth of our savior my heart is full tonight. November was a very difficult month topping off one of the most challenging years of my life. But I am seeing the blessings in the storm. My heart is full tonight as I chose to remember the best friends that jumped into trenches with me when life got hard. Friends that stop in their tracks and take care of you when you wreck your car. Neighbors that surround us that make me feel even safer and loved. My mother and Daddy that fill in when life leave big gaps. A beautiful church family that re inspires the message that God is good and we have life abundant in Christ. Beautiful Children who are healthy and happy. A husband that stands back up when life knocks you down. And then today was the perfect ending of girls that are the sisters God did not give me through birth and how they will always hold a piece of my heart. Counting blessings always is the cure to a downcast spirit.
