As a big believer and enthusiast of #maxot training, my set volume per muscle group is always very low. An average chest day for me is something like; 3 x 4-6 Barbell Bench 3 x 4-6 Barbell Incline Bench 2 x 4-6 DB Press Always maximising load with no sacrifice to ROM as shown in video (even regardless of my stupidly long arms, you will never catch me missing the stretch part of a press). With big rest between sets the workout itself never takes much more than 30mins. This suits me, especially when trying to get a session in between clients and I love always focusing on load progression.
