As a bootstrapper, I love what Seth Godin has to say today: The only way to build something when you dont have money to invest is to make something so great that people will pay for it in advance, that theyll eagerly sign up to use what youre making. Now not later. Now when its new. When its useful and fresh and interesting. Im getting ready to launch a new book (through a crowdfunding platform) and this is exactly the mentality I have going into it... Hopefully its so great that people will pay for it in advance :)
