As a breast-feeding mother I have been amazed at the looks I have received in public, (and I wear a cover and am very discrete) and I have found myself rushing off to a dirty bathroom or sitting in my vehicle away from everyone to feed. Partially out of trying to be modest and partially to keep others from feeling uncomfortable, but then I look at the clothes some women are wearing and wondering why I should be so concerned about making anyone uncomfortable. You can see more exposed skin on 50% of the women around and they are considered fully dressed! Oh, our poor society. I am ashamed of myself for taking my baby to a bathroom to eat. I shouldnt feel like I have to do that out of respect for others, I should respect my baby more than that. Just one more mommy fail :/
