As a citizen in Pennsylvania who is concerned with nurturing and protecting life, I was extremely upset to learn about efforts to amend HB1565 so as to weaken protections for Pennsylvanias cleanest streams. All people in Pennsylvania who are striving to survive must hope that our government will protect our clean waterways from deadly toxic pollution so that people and wildlife are not murdered by people asking you to make it legal to release these pollutants into the clean water that people and wildlife must consume to survive. The legislators who vote pro HB1565 voted to legalizing murder! If the governor of Pennsylvania signs this legislation into law then he is as guilty as the members of the legislature who wrote and passed amendments to HB1565 that legalize murder! David G.
