As a coach who has hired mentors, I look for someone who guarantees results. I look for someone that really coaches me, vs. treating me like Im part of the herd. I look for someone that brings something to the table I dont already have myself. I look for someone that focuses on attaining specific results. In my current program, my goal for clients is to get their cash register ringing, by implementing one unified marketing process. I also look for someone that wont take me as a client unless they can guarantee results. Donald Trump has made billions, but people who went through his coaching programs have sued him because they didnt get the results they were promised. Coaches are coaches... not players. They dont need personal results in the game... THEY FOCUS ON CLIENT RESULTS! Tiger Woods coach is not another Tiger Woods - there are coaches and players and its the coaches role to get the team results and win. I guarantee results, CONDITIONAL on the client has to do their part. And those results are attained by holding the client accountable. Accountability is one of the five components of successful implementation. Results is the name of the game.
