As a continuation from my last post, I will give two tips on how to fit in 5-6 meals a day even with a busy schedule: 1) Meal Preparation. take an hour a week, and cook all of your meals ahead of time for the week. This will make it easy to just grab it on your way to work, and to make sure whenever you need to eat that there is food available. Also, since you are planning ahead, you can pack healthier food than you may otherwise choose once those cravings kick in. It may seem like a lot of work while you are making them, but then again it is going to take work in order to achieve all of your fitness goals. The more you put in, the more success you will see. 2) Liquid meals. This is the ultimate meal for the busy person. It can be in the form of homemade smoothies (including fruit, lowfat milk, greek yogurt, etc.) or pre-made, ready-to-drink shakes (such as ensure or some other brand). I have heard people say that they are too busy at work to take the time to sit down and eat a meal, even if it is pre-made. However, it takes no more than a few seconds to drink a smoothie. You can even mix the two, meal prep and liquid meals. Eating your meals 80% of the time, and drinking the smoothies or shakes whenever you find yourself too busy to sit down and eat a solid meal. Either way if you are committed to your goals, then there are ways to get your meals in every 2-3 hours. Hope this helps
