As a crusader for a better life,it is evident by the majority of people attestation that the previous opportunities I got in occupying public positions; given to me by appointment; could confirm my good intention of always being concerned with the people welfare. I am just seeking a platform that can enable me to independently plan within the available resources,deploying my energy and time in a fixed tenure of just four years,putting into practice my ideas of HELP[Humanitarian and Empowerment Landmark Project],helping the people of my Constituency in the area of needs and helping the people around me to realise their potentials. Some would say,I should wait till tomorrow but no! today is ours, aligning with Prof.Eyo Eta admonition this is the day of Nigeria youth,it must build a new social order; for yesterday belonged to our fathers,distant tomorrow to the posterity,today and immediate tomorrow is oursdo not forget that in 1933 ,this statement fired zeal and energy into the life of the likes of Dr.Jones Churchil Vaughan, Barr H.O.Davies,Oba Samuel Akinsanya Odemo of Ishara, the great Zik,the young Awo and etc,they bought the idea which led to the formation of the Lagos Youth Movement which later in 1937 metarmorphosed into Nigeria Youth Movement that raised their consciousness and the consciousness of the Nigeria people for national struggle redefining Nigeria for independence;what a noble effort! Thomas Carlye once wroteour main business is not to see what lies dimly at distance,but to do what lies clearly at hand not minding the difficulty and sacrifices. My aspiration to be in the House of Assembly and do a great HELP to my people has absorbed all my interest,energy and enthusiasm. My friends,the best preparation for tomorrow is to do todays work superbly well,I believe if given a chance,my representation can at least clear away the debris and barriers that is making us oscillating on same spot like a barbers chair and we can confidently grasp in our hands the unshapen clay to model our dreams for better days ahead. Friends I request your support in this noble effort and say me well to the folks. Have a nice rest. And may God abate this orgy of violence in our land and trap those wicked souls who have put the family of late Chief Aderiye in an inconsolable grief.
