As a follow-up to yesterdays post regarding my colonoscopy: I - TopicsExpress

As a follow-up to yesterdays post regarding my colonoscopy: I got a couple of P.M.s that said, more-or-less...SERIOUSLY, Callaway??. WTF?? T.M.I.!!. HOWEVER...I BEG TO DIFFER! Granted, talking about that sort of thing, in proper society, while MAYBE verboten at one time, in my opinion, ISNT anymore. I dont think theres ANY topic or Post that could be MORE appropriate! ITS THE INFORMATION AGE, FOLKS! Couple THAT with the fact that my outcome was more-or-less THE POSTER-CHILD for not only HAVING the procedure done, but sharing it with ALL-YALL (for the uninitiated, thats plural for YAll) as well! Heres why: The outcome of my colonoscopy yesterday was that they found a small polyp...and removed it. Polyps are the BIRTHPLACE of Colon Cancer. So by basically caving to my wifes knee-jerk reaction to a close friends colon cancer diagnosis, which was to schedule BOTH of us for the procedure, I effectively did EXACTLY what Preventive Colonoscopy Screenings are recommended for TO BEGIN WITH!...discovery of a problem that COULD HAVE become cancer, if left undiscovered / untreated. So T.M.I. or not I did ALL-YALL a FAVOR!! So to all you 50+ dudes and dudettes who were / are cringing at the thought...DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! JUST... youtube/watch?v=plSRtNUgUDg GIT-ER-DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNN!!
