As a former Pararescueman (PJ), I have a first-hand appreciation for holistic continuity between equipment and training. It is with this mindset that I decided to embark upon my post-military venture; ADAPTAGEAR. As our first product, we are proud to launch a tactical medicine module consisting of training and equipment. With my background, I can clearly see the need for a higher level of readiness amongst First Responders when it comes to dealing with hostile and/or terrorist-type events. This has only been highlighted by the recent tragedies at both the Washington Navy Yard and Ft. Hood. Understanding that we all have constraints with time and money, I designed my 3TMC medical module with the goal of creating a system that is both effective and competitive in price. Clearly exceeding Californias EMSA requirements for Tactical First Aid, we feel that as a single day course, 3TMC can have a direct affect on increasing survivability during these events.
