As a gamer, Im starting to think that I want the Astro A50s. Ive been doing a lot of research, & every review I have seen tell me they are ridiculous in digital surround sound power. Every professional gamer, uses these. From MLG, to the stand alone hardcore gamer, from the reviews that I have seen, these are sick! Literally, I can hear a fly, or someone bust a fart clear as day across the map on a COD, or BF4 game, before they even knew that I was there. The style, technology, & build seem really awesome with them, & although ridiculously expensive, (Coming in at around $300) they are ideal for both console, & PC gaming. I only have one opportunity to ever afford these, & truthfully, I figure why the hell not? I hear the PS Gold headset, is really good and affordable for $100 as well. But limited with over all quality compared to the A50s. The Golds look cheaply made, but also provide great sound if youre looking for a simple, & good gaming headset. The Astro A-50s though, were top choice in a lot of COD, and BF4 tournaments, even having BF4, & soon Halo 5 having their own custom models. Im REALLLY tempted on getting them.
