As a human being we used to do fault.The fault that we do will teach us a lesson so then in future we dont repeat the same thing.But i dont know how some people can keep on repeating the same mistake. If u keep on lie sure will effect you one day... If the customer keep quite mean does not mean they scared it just lazy to entertain people like. If customer willing to purchase from online it is because they trust us... dont try to play around. In business you must have some good qualities... Please check yourself do you have all this? * Honesty * Trustworthy * Able delivery the good as promise * Integrity * Good Customer Service - Able to answer customer (Customer willing to buy or not still need to answer them) * Responsive * Responsibility If u dont have any of these qualities above kindly dont call u as a kuttu dealer or Dont do anyonline business...
