As a kid Ive always had somewhat of a dysfunctional relationship with Christmas. And I never got into Christmas carols in any way. But when hip hop entered my life, there was something that I felt like I belonged to that was owned by my generation, and I took to it because of the rebellious nature that it had at that time! The culture took things that we didnt care too much for and turned it into something we could get behind! Because of that, I could watch this video over, and over, and even 30 years later, it still brings a smile to my face.
