As a leader that is led by the Spirit of God my decisions are based on what He says and not on my emotions friendships & fellowships. When it comes to the things of God there is no room for compromise or fear. Some decisions in others eyes may seem questionable or crazy but the will of God often times requires you going against what is considered appropriate behavior among your peers and friends. None of the things that God gives me to do is done like somebody else. I stated to The Lord when I accepted my calling that I didnt want to be smothered by religious & denominational patterns. That if I couldnt obey Him fully I didnt want to do the work. He told me I would be a person of controversy because I would not act or think like the crowd. All of us should want to be an individual in the body of Christ. I dont want to be known as a shadow or clone of anybody. I dont want to be sucked into the religious thinking that if you dont do things like us then you are out of order. Thats why I dont keep people around me for long especially in leadership that try to control me. Thats the reason Im very reluctant to attached to organization or fellowships because then they start demanding that you associate with who they say or start telling you what you can do. Nobody and I mean nobody controls the anointing or my assignments to the Kingdom of God! I have been in ministry to many years to allowed the devil to disrupt the plan of God for my life. And yes I am accountable to somebody in ministry on earth because Im a person of order. I do check in with them and when I need advice I call them but they yet dont control the will of God for my life because when its all said and done I yet have to obey God and not man. This is where many in leadership overstep their boundaries when they tell you to listen to me rather than listen to God. The final say so is always what God says. The obsession with people to always want to control and suppress another person is a stronghold that needs to be destroyed in the Body of Christ. For so long the leaders have been in a state of idol worship because they are worshipping themselves. They have became a god to people and have introduced themselves as great & wonderful and have taken the glory of God for themselves. Many of them that are Apostles Bishops & Prophets are walking in pride & arrogance because they feel like they are better than others because they hold those positions. They even wear their garments in pride instead of the humility they truly represent. And yes I do believe in respecting leadership but I will not bow and worship any person or title. I am in the process of doing an evaluation concerning some I have connected to in this last season because of their attitude & arrogance & character. The Lord spoke that November will be a great month of shifting things around in the lives of the people. There will be promotions & demotions. There will be increase for some and decrease for those that have rejected His will. There will be doors opening for favor in a tremendous way. Faith shall be the important key. There shall be major governmental changes and more deception shall be revealed. Be on the lookout for the person that shall be identified as a major factor in the terrorist organizations that have invaded the United States. November shall begin the transferring of wealth process many shall be blessed by those with substance and they shall release wealth from their hand to those God has ordained to receive for His Kingdom! Many shall experience a pulling away from people an isolation a call to stand strong on the standards of the Word. The church shall begin to stand stronger for their rights. Be aware of the plots & plans to start serious wars & riots to get more people out of the population. Be watchful and careful but dont be afraid!!! God will fight for His people in this hour.
