As a loyal Obama supporter for the last 8 years (since 2006), I am appaled at this caving to Wall Street. No one, but no one gains by including this roll back of the law except those too big to fail banks. Bullshit, let them fail, let them pay their fair share of taxes, believe me there is always another bank or two around that will scoop up the assets. Happens all the time, when bank examiners pinpoint a bank with lack of sufficient capital. This also is one of the reasons for the big banks, they are usually the ones to grab these smaller banks with troubled loans. In other words they are just compounding the problem each time they grow. Giving them carte blanc will only encourage the same actions that lead to the 2008 Great Recession.
