As a musician, I must say that there is a big difference between confidence and arrogance. I believe you must always be confident when it comes to your abilities as to whatever role you play in a band. Confidence should be exemplified through your playing and your presence on stage and off stage. Walk with pride and your head up high, for as a musician you are already a part of a select few of people who have the ability to play an instrument. This alone should be humbling enough to always remain honest and humble. Now about arrogance, who cares cause no one has time for that. I take pride in being a musician even though the musicians image is sometimes smeared by the actions of others. (Arrogant fools)
