As a part of my on-going efforts to fight President Obama’s unconstitutional immigration actions, today I voted for H.R. 240, which would prohibit the President from carrying out his executive amnesty. I proudly supported both the Aderholt and Blackburn amendments! In addition, today I co-sponsored H.R. 191, the Repeal Executive Amnesty Act of 2015. I now look forward to my fellow conservatives in the Senate leading the charge and getting the job done by passing the House bill. Texans want, need, and deserve no less!
