As a part of our two year research project, we asked local barbers who hear it all to tell us their thoughts on police relations in Pueblo. All five of the barbers we interviewed said the same. The PD has a gang of cops that are extremely abusive and forceful. Its something people at shops tell stories about. So we are releasing the results of our study here on FB and to the world after Pueblos Chief Velez refused eight formal requests to meet our group at the table to negotiate policy and legislation for the people and not for them. Stand up pueblo, even liking, sharing and making comments on our posts helps us tell them - they are OUR employees, we pay taxes for their jobs and they are accountable to this town and this town has reached its ENOUGH point to their abuse.
