As a part of the coaching world, I see a very large number of posts with three words. Its a choice. While we do all make choices, there are many who are still learning to live deliberately after either heavy indoctrination, abuse, trauma, divorce, grief, or injuries. When we as coaches simply try to assert that everyone should just go do the WORK or that people can make choices simply, we are not acting out of empathy and compassion. Perhaps our job is not to get in peoples faces and yell at them about the need to work harder, sweat more, etc, but rather to offer the following: If you want to learn more about becoming the creator of your life, I have discovered tools that have assisted me. Remember, coaches, that not all of your network has your same blueprint or energy. Empathy, kindness and compassion over yelling, asserting, and chastising! Love goes a very long way!
