As a person who does what I do daily. I really allowed someone to totally derail me this morning and turn me back to a nasty person I use to be 10 years ago. Unfortunately that person was a family member who is dear to me but stuck on a whole different level. When you outgrow people/ family, Sadly many will fight you on it with envy being the center of the issue. However, Ive changed my thinking many years ago to prevent this from ever arising and in the event it did. I tried to prepare for how to handle it. I failed. Sadly it did. Great thing is .....life trudges forward and we will loose many people along the way. Mainly the ones whom we always assumed had our best interest at heart. This possibly may never be the case in black america. Nevertheless, I did not make it this far in life by worrying about who..what...when...where or why things and people are the way they are. Im only concerned with upward progress for the masses and if I happen to loose a few people along the way for the greater good of more than one person/ family member. Then it was worth the sacrifice. If I offended anyone. My apologies...but wars are not won based off emotions. Have a great week. Must regain my composure, let downs are a part of everyday life. #getusetoitafter40
