As a recovering quitter, Im always fascinated by the psychology of success and ways to help people become more accountable and achieve their goals. Did you know that research shows you are 33% more likely achieve a goal if you share it with others and are 72% more likely if theres money on the line? Well one very cool dude has combined both concepts and created Promise or Pay. Such a simple but super awesome idea: make a promise, declare it to the world and then if you dont do it, donate to charity. Boom.
