As a teacher of teens I feel that it is my duty to inform all parents that kids are not using Facebook anymore... If you want to keep up with what your kids and their friends are doing, then you need an Instagram, twitter, snapchat, vine, and maybe even a KiK account. Dont stick your head in the sand and think your child will be fine, get out there and look at who they are snapchatting, see who theyre friends with on Instagram, what videos of themselves are on snapchat. These social media sites can and will be used by sororities/fraternities to determine acceptance. Also employers, college admissions do a search of these sites frequently. Ok rant over......
