As a writer I have decided to write a book. It will be about victims of divorce. Over the past 12 years, as a step-mother, I have been called "daycare", I have been told all along that I have no say in my step sons life. My opinions never mattered. I am just the mother of our "other children". To me - I am a victim and I want my voice heard. I want to share my pain and my experiences as a step mom in hopes that it will help the many, many others out there living in similar experiences. Step fathers as well. I have always been told to keep my feelings about this quiet. Does someone being bullied stay quiet? This is not about revenge. This is about helping others and allowing pain within myself to finally be released. I have always written - and writing my story is my release. Please anyone who is dealing with the affects of divorce you can inbox me anytime to talk. It does help tremendously. Also let me know if you would like a copy of my book.
