As all this unfolds in Ferguson, Mo... and there is so much violence in the streets and store owners are being stolen from and tempers are out of control . i pray that people will just let the court system play all this out and determine what happened..One thing i do know is true. today a mom and dad will bury their son.. a thing no parent should have to do.. many of my friends on fb dont know what happened to our family several yrs ago that involved our youngest son.. i too could have been burying him.. had my son not been a trained motor cycle rider and had he not known how to lay down his bike and gotten up and ran out of the road he would have been killed.. and this mamas life would have been ruined. so as much as i have to pray for calm and peace there i know for a long time i didnt have calm and peace over what happened to my son. a lawsuit was filed and a settlement was done.. we were prepared to take it as far as we needed to.. the officers camera in the car proved wrong doing on his part and he was removed off the street and placed to work in the court house.. i wanted his job gone.. that didnt happen but off the street was the next best thing, we were on the local news channel.. with so many witness there was no disputing what happened. and my treatment by those two officers was one of the most horrible things i have been though in my life.. Now i know these two men were not an example of most law inforcement officers, but it took me a long time to get past this. they almost killed my child.
