As always, another great boot camp tonight. We totally ROCK! Just one more day of this routine, and then its on to a new one. I totally how we change up the routine every two weeks, it makes it (a) not boring, (b) challenging and (c) a learning experience. You get so many great work outs tucked into an hour 4 days a week, that it leaves you feeling energized and wanting to come back to the next class. Its not easy by any means, but was putting on that 10 or 20 or 50 lbs easy? Was developing HBP or diabetes or other health issues easy? No, and so why should your work out be easy, hence the word WORK out. I guarantee you if you come take a class you will feel the difference and you may be a bit sore, and this isnt meant to scare you, its meant to MOTIVATE you. But you will have a whole new level of energy and will use so many muscle groups throughout the course of the class. It doesnt matter if you can only do 10 while the person next to you can do 15. Its about what YOU can DO and its not about competing against someone else, its about competing against YOUrself. Sure, you want to challenge yourself, but it wont be worth it if youre trying to outdo the next person. Because as the trainer said tonight, if one person does 10 with perfect form and the other does 20 but not perfect form, it doesnt matter how many that person does more than you, it wont be as effective as your 10. So, with that being said, who is willing to give the boot camp class a try? Your first time is free so what more can you ask for? We have the best group of boot campers and NO one will laugh at your, call you out, we are there to encourage, motivate and help you achieve your goals, while we are achieving ours.
