As always we are shifting energies, and this time from Earth to Air. One more week of Capricorn season, one more week of the Winter Solstice Moon cycle. This past month has been real to say the least, as the Pluto energy often seems like an inescapable karmic force. The depth of these stories being told are difficult to speculate, the emotions can seem overwhelming and too much to handle. Fortunately an upcoming Mercury retrograde through the sign of Aquarius is going to give us the time (and space) to be able to process it all with room to breathe again! If we can bring this Aquarius objectivity into holy matrimony with the subjective, personal and emotional world there is a real opportunity to step into a position where we can ground our dreams into reality instead of just escaping away into delusion. This challenge, set by Pluto squaring the Moons nodes this week, is asking us to transform our most ancient, fundamental and unconscious desires; Our purpose for living. We have the opportunity take a very solid look in the mirror and see our own history, our own quest, and how it can fit into the quest and mission of the the bigger picture. With Mars having moved into Pisces yesterday there can be renewed collective intent to dedicate our own willpower to the good of the whole and renew our dedication to spirituality rather then mundane interests. With Neptune square to Saturn and opposite to Black Moon Lilith this is a time where we can see what we are made of, we can see how our ideals, our beliefs, our goals are either actually aligned with the greater good of the whole, or not. Regardless, we ought to understand the innocence in both our desires to run to or away from our spiritual nature, not push away our shadows but hear out their story, accept the depth of our history that brings the beauty of our whole nature to light and perhaps we will find our story is leading us into a new chapter.
