As an inspiring young leader, Im always looking for tools to help me steward my leadership development. Tools which God can use to shape both my character and leadership skills. It also helps me to think about leaving a legacy, starting now, and working toward that lifelong goal. The reason of leading will keep you up at night and turn your hair gray! But it will also fill your heart and invigorate your soul. Active leadership is both exhilarating and exhausting. Nevertheless, it is our God-given task. I am in the game, not on the bench. I am in the race, not coaching or cheering. Theres nothing better than leading, and having people follow! So rise up, dream big, and implement the vision of God. As you lead, youll feel Gods pleasure and marvel at His impact through you. So run this race and live for the joy of Jesus.
