As black men we have to start sharing information and start trying to get our BROTHERS on to good gigs. Negroes will work offshore, or some other type of lucrative trade, become supervisors and NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING TO GET ANOTHER BLACK MAN ON. Shits crazy, and then these same Negroes will talk about how good Asians and other races are doing. Well when they come over here, UNLIKE BLACK PEOPLE, their intentions is to get into a trade, become a supervisor and HIRE their own people. Then after their team is strong enough they start a BUSINESS in that field. But Negroes will work for these companies 40+ years high off the hog and not feel NOTHING because they are doing good economically. Its that type of mentality which pulls young brothers, good hearted brothers who are TRYING, to the streets!
