As christmas day comes nearer and nearer, i do wish that the circumstances had have been different this year and i would be with family instead of so very far from home BUT as time has gone on throughout tis admission- the royal london hospital and all of the beautiful people here (staff and patients) have become family, and have been so supportive. from being in several hospitals were no one knew what they were doing and being given terrible care.. Ive found this AMAZING but extremely dysfunctional place where everyone hates each other, but when push comes to shove we all have each others backs and stick together, and look after each other. the play team here are the BEST! they put on amazing events like the christmas party and work their socks off. they have helped me through so much- i think i would probably be insane if it wasnt for their support. and the other patients, like chloe & gemma, Alixe & Sharon, lauren and all the others- too many to mention but you know you are.. and my current inpatient buddy my lovely charlie! all of you have been a massive reason why i havent just said stuff it and given in! christmas in hospital is quite fun actually
