As everyone knows, I have always wanted to do an Ironman, but once I found out I had type 1 Diabetes I knew for SURE I would DO an Ironman, no doubt! Since then, I have met amazing people to learn and grow with spiritually who have done and are training to do an Ironman! I had never once before met anyone who had done one until I made a promise w God that I would make this happen to inspire others that it CAN be done. God is funny, he has lead the perfect people in my life to reach this amazing goal one by one in the last 8 months. So instead of doing an Ironman before the age of 40, my new goal is before 36, or sooner! To all my new triathlon friends, keep on pushing for great things because these little feet are following!
