As far as i know, there isnt really an appropriate site in NE although the geography suits itself to gatherings, land use issues will prevent many many amazing sites from being considered. And in terms of South Dakota..... family has said this many times over, but until the black hills tribes extend our family an invitation to gather on their land.... im not too sure we should be considering that....
