As far as the allegations of Jodi filing a Motion and suing Nancy Grace and MCSO for catching Hep C and her breast implant leak that was a HOAX. And that motion was never brought before the Court. As a matter of fact a week later it was cited in a minute entry that Juan said it should have never been on the court call. That the clerk should have known. And I believe it was false. That motion came from an inmate at a PA correctional facility. Jonathon Lee Riches and one if his cohorts. He is in the guiness book of World Records for the most frivolous Lawsuits filed. He has tried to sue Obama,Justin Beiber, the Kardashians, just to name a few. He also sued a bridge that he fell over and he sued a ROCK. He injects himself Into high profile cases. He even had James Holmes mail forwarded to him after they arrested the theatre massacre. He also has named Jodi Arias in an Apple lawsuit. This guy is a prankster. Dont even worry about those motions I listed above. I will search for the minute entry that reads should have not been on the court call..........google the guy for yourself. Nut case.
