For those of us in Emergency Services we see a spike in suicides this time of year and even the normal passing of people is extra hard when having to attempt resuscitation under a Christmas tree with the whole family watching. How many of us have had to do that? lots Im guessing. This post is for the families of Emergency workers. Be extra supportive of your loved ones this time of year, it can be a rough transition coming home to a happy loving family after seeing such tragedy strike other families. And for my Brothers and Sisters working this holiday season take extra care of your mental health, this is high season for PTSD triggers. Stay safe and happy holidays everyone DanSun
