As frustrating as this is, we HAVE to stop making it harder on ourselves by resisting arrest. Follow the instructions, and then fight it. Dont fight them, resist arrest, and then try to fight back afterwards, because then youre still in the wrong for resisting arrest. Im not saying they are right, but this wouldnt have gone NOWHERE near this far had she just given them her ID and put her hands behind her back. Whether they are right or wrong, they are the authorities, and we must learn how to comply, and know when and where to fight a battle. You hire a lawyer to fight injustice. You dont fight it yourself by resisting authority. Thats just my opinion, and I know some wont agree, but at the same time, we have to stop making matters worse for ourselves by being so combative and giving them reason to take it further. Lets act with dignity and integrity and be blameless so that they can have no dirt on us.
